Nick is amazing! Our bathroom backed up and flooded our entire hallway into the dining room. I was very overwhelmed with how to clean it and we immediately began calling numbers on Yelp. First two places gave us next day availability, but then we called river carpet care and nick said he was on his way be there in 15 minutes!!! I was shocked and relieved to find Someone who really put in the effort of there business. When he got here he took a look said no problem I can clean it back to perfect we just need to dry the existing water. He brought in a giant fan and lifted the carpet to dry completely . He left the fan with us for two days!!! This was a Tuesday and he scheduled with me to come back Thursday . Plenty of dry time plus perfect time For our work schedules. He came back Thursday around 3 pm. He helped us move all Of the furniture around to clean the entire room and not just the mess of the flood. And did I mention that he quoted us our price on Tuesday and it never changed even when he had a few additional entry's to other rooms to do for free! He also used special treatment to prevent mold and Mildew and his equipment is very nice . He was done by 4:15 pm. He is clean professional guy with the nicest personality. I will definitely use Nick again in the future and reccomend him to anyone who will listen!!

As for the services he provides, Nick's attention-to-detail is great. He performed a walkthrough prior to starting his work and checked to make sure all problem spots were identified. He cleaned the carpet and restored them back as close as possible to their former glory. WOW Five stars just isn't enough for Nick and his team at River carpet care. I had a very large sectional and recliner steam cleaned and Nick really took his time and was so friendly and personable.
